During the workshop Caroline will explain the science behind the technique and take you through a step-by-step process to allow you to determine your goals and then build a picture of these goals, why they are important to you and how to achieve them. Each map will be personal and applicable only to its creator. No artistic talent is needed. By viewing the map daily your goals will stay uppermost in your mind, which is vital to achieving them.
